What you get
Each row is a real business currently listed on Google Maps for the trade and metro you pick — company name, direct phone, website, Google rating, review count, address, and category. That is seven of the twelve columns a paid export carries; the sample leaves out email, the split city/state/ZIP fields, and the Maps URL rather than shipping you empty columns. Open the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets, or import it straight into Apollo, HubSpot, Close, or Pipedrive — the columns map to standard company fields, so there is no reformatting.
These sample rows come from a corpus we crawled from Google Maps ahead of time and stored, which is why the CSV lands in your inbox in seconds instead of after a crawl. It also means a row can sit a few weeks behind what Google shows today. A paid search is the other way round: that one runs a fresh crawl at the moment you run it. Use the sample to judge data quality before you buy — dial a few, check the websites, read the ratings. If a row is wrong on the paid list, that credit is refunded.
