If a meaningful share of a delivered list is wrong — dead phone numbers, businesses that have closed, or duplicate rows — report it and we refund the credits for those leads back to your balance. "Meaningful share" means a real defect rate in the list, not one or two listings a business itself keeps out of date on Google Maps; we cannot guarantee a number a business mislisted, but we stand behind the list as a whole. Refunds go back as credits, which never expire.

You remain responsible for CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, the DNC registry, and any state or local rules that apply when you contact them. We sell business-to-business data only and ask that you not resell or redistribute the lists.

We constrain the crawl to your requested location before it runs: the search is geocoded to the metro you entered, and the location is also carried in the search term as a fail-safe. That keeps genuine nearby suburbs that serve the metro while cutting far-flung listings from the next market over — the most common failure in scraped local data. It is a scoping step applied up front, not a filter we promise to apply afterward.
